Description

Turning to walk off or the little dock extending into the Intracoastal Waterway I noticed the lovely, warm light bathing the marsh grass and adjacent trees. We had walked out to the end of the little private dock to talk with the couple fishing there. We asked if they knew who owned the dock and they said "we do." They went on to tell us we were welcome to visit for photographs anytime we wanted.

Known as Core Creek, this is part of the Intracoastal Waterway passing through eastern North Carolina. Nearby are Bluewater Yacht Sales, Jarret Bay Boatworks and Bock Marine
