Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption. The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Soco falls is located on the Cherokee Reservation near the Smoky Mountain National Park. This lovely waterfall is just off of U.S. Highway 19 between the towns of Cherokee and Maggie Valley and a short 1.5 mile drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is a small parking area along the highway. A short walk leads to a platform overlooking the falls. The more adventurous may decide to makde the scramble to the bottom of the falls. It is a slippery trip down the steep walls so becareful if visiting the bottom. Frequently fisitors will find ropes strung along the route to the bottom, left behind to make going down and climbing out easier. This image was made late Octber of 2021.
I've always been a bit of an adventurer as well as being fascinated by the art and craft of photography. As a boy my folk hero was Daniel Boone. When on family camping trips I'd often go hiking where I'd allow my young imagination to run crazy with images of being an early colonial explorer blazing the way into the unknown wilderness. As an adult my activities have included hiking, kayaking, spelunking, wreck and cave diving and other adventurous outdoor experiences. I always feel drawn to see what lies down that old dirt road, hides behind the next hill, or awaits further down the river. It's been said I suffer severely from the Star Trek syndrome: "To boldly go..." My photography is simply an extension of my thirst for knowledge, desire...
