Description
A tree stands alone in an empty field near New Bern North Carolina, Craven county.This photograph, made the last day of March 2021, features a tall, spindly tree that is just starting to sprout budding leaves. The grass where it stands is still mostly a golden brown but there are signs of it beginning to green. The sky is a rich Carolina Blue and filled with beautiful white, fluffy clouds.
