A lovely Brown Pelican standing on a beach along North Carolina's Outer Banks. Pelicans are found at the Crystal Coast year round. These large birds are a favorite of tourists visiting the local beaches. This color photo features the large bird on the right hand side of the image gazing towards the left hand edge.
