The Beaufrot Grocery Company is a fine dining establishment located on Craven Street in Beaufort, North Carolina. Pictured here is the front of the restaurant and its outside dining area. This photo was made on an early Spring morning before business opens for the day. Offering an upscale menu this is a popular stop for both tourists and locals.
About Bob Decker
I've always been a bit of an adventurer as well as being fascinated by the art and craft of photography. As a boy my folk hero was Daniel Boone. When on family camping trips I'd often go hiking where I'd allow my young imagination to run crazy with images of being an early colonial explorer blazing the way into the unknown wilderness. As an adult my activities have included hiking, kayaking, spelunking, wreck and cave diving and other adventurous outdoor experiences. I always feel drawn to see what lies down that old dirt road, hides behind the next hill, or awaits further down the river. It's been said I suffer severely from the Star Trek syndrome: "To boldly go..." My photography is simply an extension of my thirst for knowledge, desire...
